Creo que la idea de instalar un voto optativo para chicos de 16 años es una medida de intentar conseguir nuevos votantes para el kirchnerismo. Hace poco me mude a un alquiler apartamentos buenos aires y he visto como los chicos no saben exactamente a quien votar por eso la idea de que sea optativo genera que solo vayan quienes militan y el resto seguramente no se presente. Una forma mas de obtener mas votos por el oficialismo
